Standard commercial projects often range from 500-1,500 m² / 5,380-16,145 ft², depending on pool quantity, slide height, splash area, queue space and safety clearance.

For serious commercial operation, we usually suggest planning from 300 m² / 3,230 ft² upward. Smaller spaces may limit visitor capacity, play value, slide size and operating flow.

What Can Be Customized

The pool quantity, pool shape, slide height, slide lanes, climbing route, splash zones, obstacle elements, colors, theme style and logo printing can all be customized. Buyers can send a reference photo, site dimensions or an initial project concept, and QIQU can develop a matching commercial layout.

Popular project directions include ocean themes, animal themes, ice themes, tropical styles, jungle concepts and brand-color designs. The lobster and polar bear examples are only sample themes. Materials and Construction Details

QIQU uses commercial PVC tarpaulin selected according to the structure and operation level of each project. For many slide and themed structure areas, 0.55 mm PVC tarpaulin offers a practical balance between strength, weight and folding efficiency. For pool walls, high-wear zones and heavy-duty water-contact areas, thicker PVC options can be used depending on budget and operating needs.

Sijia PVC tarpaulin can be used for these projects. It is a listed Chinese material supplier widely used in the inflatable industry.

The system may include continuous-air inflatable slides and themed structures, welded pool sections, reinforced connection areas, D-rings, anchor points, blower tubes, anti-slip climbing surfaces and optional reinforced wear areas. For long-season or high-traffic projects, replaceable slide cloth and additional reinforcement can be discussed during quotation.

Material Test Documents for Buyer Review

For commercial inflatable water parks used by children and families, material documentation matters as much as appearance. Buyers may need to review PVC fabric strength, flame behavior, heavy-element migration and phthalate test records before confirming a project for a campsite, resort, rental business or public activity site.

QIQU can provide selected test documents for relevant inflatable materials and product models, including EN 14960:2013 test documentation, SGS EN 71-3 migration of certain elements, selected phthalate testing and NFPA 701 flame propagation testing for submitted PVC fabric samples.

These documents should be reviewed according to the final product model, material selection and destination market. They help buyers prepare project approval files, but they do not replace local inspection, installation review or operating permits required by the buyer's own country or venue.

Ground, Blower and Setup Planning

This inflatable water park is made for prepared flat-ground operation. Concrete, asphalt and indoor floors are usually suitable. Grass sites can also work when proper ground protection is used. Sharp stones, loose soil, obvious slopes and unprepared surfaces should be avoided.

A 22 m × 12 m project typically uses about 4-7 blowers, depending on the final structure. Voltage can be matched to the buyer’s market, including 110V, 220V or 380V options with suitable plug standards.

Outdoor operation should consider wind conditions, anchoring and daily inspection. Force 5 / 24 mph is commonly used as a safety reference for stopping inflatable operation in strong wind conditions. Final operation should follow the product manual and local site requirements.
