Custom inflatable mascots are not bounce houses or ride-on inflatables. They are lightweight display inflatables used to create strong visual impact at parades, festivals, brand events, shopping mall displays, theme park entrances, scenic area photo spots, exhibitions, and outdoor promotions.

QIQU manufactures custom inflatable mascots and character inflatables based on each buyer’s artwork, event theme, brand image, or original character design.

Unlike PVC sealed inflatables, this type of product is usually made from heat-transfer printed Oxford fabric. It is light, easy to move, suitable for complex artwork, and can be produced quickly for seasonal events.

Material: 310D Heat-Transfer Printed Oxford Fabric

QIQU uses 310D heat-transfer printed Oxford fabric for this type of inflatable mascot.

This material is suitable for colorful character designs because it can reproduce complex graphics, faces, clothing details, gradients, and brand elements more clearly than simple solid-color fabric cutting.

For a typical 4m / 13ft inflatable mascot, the packed weight is usually about 12-15kg / 26-33lb, depending on the shape. One person can usually move or carry it without difficulty.

This is one reason these products are practical for parades and event companies that need to set up and remove decorations quickly.

Size Options

There is no fixed size for custom inflatable mascots. The size depends on the character shape, event use, display distance, and fixing method.

Most customers choose heights from 4m to 6m, about 13ft to 20ft.

For special events, larger sizes can be customized after the structure, blower power, fixing method, and wind-resistance requirements are reviewed.

Printing and Custom Artwork

QIQU can make inflatable mascots based on many types of reference files.

If the customer only has a picture, QIQU can still help convert the idea into a production-ready inflatable design.

Our usual process is:

1. The customer sends the reference artwork or concept.
2. QIQU confirms the size, use scenario, and fixing method.
3. Our designer creates a 3D design or simulation drawing.
4. The customer confirms the shape, colors, artwork, and structure.
5. QIQU prints the fabric, cuts the panels, and sews the inflatable.
6. The finished inflatable is tested by inflation.
7. Photos or videos are sent to the customer before shipment.

The artwork is printed directly on the fabric before cutting and sewing. This allows better color consistency and more detailed character presentation.

Blower Options

This product uses continuous air inflation, so the blower needs to stay on during use.

For a typical 4m / 13ft inflatable mascot, one built-in 250W blower is commonly used. For larger or more complex shapes, the blower quantity and power are adjusted according to the structure.

QIQU can also make an external blower version. A typical external blower option is around 370W, depending on the size and shape.

Built-in blowers are cleaner and more convenient for parades and temporary events. External blowers can provide stronger airflow and may be easier to access for maintenance.

Voltage and plug options can be customized, including:

For international event companies, this is important because the blower must match the local power supply.

Fixing and Outdoor Use

Most custom inflatable mascots are used outdoors, especially for parades and festivals.

They can be fixed with:

• ropes
• prepared support frames
• parade vehicle frames
• sandbags
• ground stakes
• weighted fixing points

Many parade customers tie the inflatable mascots to metal frames on parade vehicles. This helps the inflatable stay upright while the vehicle moves slowly through the event route.

For outdoor use, operators should avoid strong wind, heavy rain, and severe weather. As a general rule, these inflatables should not be used in winds above force 5. If the wind reaches force 4-5, the operator should already evaluate the site carefully and prepare to stop use if conditions become unsafe.

The Oxford fabric has water-resistant performance, but the product should still be taken down during heavy rain or strong wind.

For cleaning, surface wiping or gentle washing is recommended. Do not treat it like a hard PVC water toy or a machine-washable fabric product.

Optional Transparent Parts and LED Lighting

Custom inflatable mascots can include transparent PVC parts when the design requires it.

For example, the astronaut mascot made for a Spanish customer used a transparent PVC helmet cover. Similar transparent elements can be used for:

• helmet domes
• windows
• eyes
• face shields
• decorative bubbles
• science fiction or space themes

Internal LED lighting is also available as an option.

If the customer needs night parade use, holiday lighting effects, or stronger visibility in evening events, QIQU can add low-voltage internal LED strips.

LED lighting is optional. If the customer does not request lighting, the standard product does not include it.

Certifications and Material Options

QIQU can provide CE documentation where applicable, and our blower products can also come with CE certification.

For flame-retardant requirements, buyers should confirm the exact certification standard needed before ordering. Flame-retardant material options can be discussed, but we do not recommend treating informal flame tests as a substitute for official certification.

This is especially important for shopping malls, public events, indoor venues, government events, and European buyers, where documentation requirements may be stricter.

Not a Bounce House or Play Structure

These inflatable mascots are for display, decoration, advertising, and parade use.

They are not bounce houses, inflatable slides, ride-on inflatables, or children’s play equipment.

Visitors should not climb on them, enter them, jump on them, or use them as a play structure.

If you need an inflatable product for children to play on, QIQU can recommend a different product category such as inflatable bounce house combos or inflatable playgrounds.

IP and Licensed Character Notice

QIQU can manufacture inflatable characters based on buyer-provided artwork.

However, buyers should make sure they have the legal right to use any licensed IP, cartoon character, brand image, logo, or celebrity likeness.

For product pages and public promotion, QIQU recommends using original characters, authorized mascots, brand-owned designs, or generic custom characters.

This helps protect both the buyer and the manufacturer from unnecessary intellectual property risks.

Packaging and Shipping

The default packaging is carton packing.

For example, two 4m / 13ft inflatable mascots can usually be packed together in a carton around 55 x 55 x 45cm, about 21.7 x 21.7 x 17.7in, with a gross weight of about 25kg / 55lb.

Because this product is lightweight compared with large PVC inflatable attractions, it is suitable for different shipping methods, including:

• consolidated cargo shipment

For urgent festival orders, some customers choose air freight to meet a fixed event date.

Packaging can also be customized if the buyer has special warehouse, retail, or distribution requirements.

Production Time

MOQ starts from 1 piece for custom orders.

Production time depends on the size, shape, printing complexity, order quantity, and season.

For simple single-piece orders, production can often be completed in about one week after artwork confirmation.

For batch orders, QIQU can also support fast production. One Spanish customer ordered 35 custom inflatable mascots, and the production schedule was arranged around their event needs.

For seasonal events, we recommend confirming artwork as early as possible because parades and festivals usually have fixed dates that cannot be delayed.
