From Short Video to Site Visit: How Enshi Jinma Park Verified QIQU Bumper Boats Before Ordering
Enshi Jinma Park first discovered QIQU’s Luxelakes Blue bumper boats through Douyin, then visited Luxe Island in Chengdu to verify the real operating effect before ordering. After checking visitor response, color appearance, site management, product quality, supplier documents, and design patent information, the customer ordered 10 commercial PE bumper boats for its upgraded lake attraction before the holiday season.

Why This Case Is Different From Another Color-Inspired Order
Many amusement equipment orders start with a photo or a short video. This case went one step further.
In August 2026, the purchasing manager of Enshi Jinma Park in Hubei, China saw QIQU’s Luxelakes Blue bumper boats on Douyin. The color and site effect caught their attention, but the customer did not place an order immediately.
Instead, they traveled to Luxe Island in Chengdu to see the boats in real operation.
This makes the case different from a simple “same color order.” The customer wanted to verify the product in a real operating environment: how the boats looked on water, whether visitors were willing to play, how the site was managed, how the ride was charged, and whether the quality was suitable for a new water attraction.
After the site visit, the customer contacted QIQU and ordered 10 commercial PE bumper boats in the same Luxelakes Blue color scheme.
Customer Background: Enshi Jinma Park
Enshi Jinma Park is located around Jinma Reservoir in Enshi, Hubei. It is a lake-centered urban ecological park with a large water area, walking routes, landscape bridges, and public leisure space.
The park was undergoing an upgrade, and the operator wanted to add a paid water attraction before the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday period.
For a first-time water amusement project, the customer was cautious. They were not only choosing a boat. They were deciding whether bumper boats could work as a new paid attraction in a renovated lake park.
That is why the customer wanted to see a real project before buying.
Why the Customer Visited Luxe Island First

The customer first saw the Luxelakes Blue bumper boats through short video content. The color looked premium, but video alone was not enough for their decision.
On August 17, 2026, the purchasing manager visited Luxe Island in Chengdu specifically for this project. At the site, they checked several practical points:
- whether visitors were willing to ride the boats
- how the boats looked in real water, not only in video
- how the white bumper tubes looked in daily operation
- how the water cannon function worked
- how staff managed boarding and operation
- how the water area was planned
- how the project created a photo-friendly visitor experience
- how the paid ride model could work in a scenic area
After checking the site, the buyer asked Luxe Island staff for the manufacturer’s contact information and added QIQU’s sales manager on WeChat the same day.
The first message was direct. The customer sent a photo taken at Luxe Island and asked whether we had this boat. Their requirement was clear: they wanted the same model and the same color.
From Site Visit to Supplier Qualification Review
After the customer contacted QIQU, they did not move directly to payment. Because this was their first amusement project, they were careful about supplier qualification and product ownership.
The customer asked for QIQU’s business license, legal representative ID with company seal, and related qualification documents.
They were also very concerned about design infringement. This may have come from previous business experience, so we treated the question seriously. QIQU provided the design patent certificate for this bumper boat model and explained that the product was designed by QIQU, not copied from another supplier.
For amusement park buyers, this is an important point. A cheaper product can become expensive if it creates legal risk, delivery problems, or after-sales uncertainty. Before buying amusement equipment, serious operators should confirm not only the price and appearance, but also the supplier’s qualification and product ownership.
Why the Order Changed From 20 Boats to 10 Boats
At first, the customer considered buying 20 boats.
After further discussion, they decided to start with 10.
This was not because they did not trust the product quality. The concern was operational risk. Jinma Park was being upgraded, and the customer was not yet fully sure how many visitors would choose the new water attraction after reopening.
We agreed with this decision and suggested starting with 10 boats first.
For a first-time water attraction, it is often better to launch with a suitable quantity, observe real visitor demand, and expand later if the operation performs well. Overbuying equipment before testing the market can create unnecessary pressure on budget, staffing, charging management, storage, and maintenance.
Product Configuration for Enshi Jinma Park

The customer ordered 10 QIQU commercial PE bumper boats in the Luxelakes Blue color scheme.
The configuration included:
- 2.1m commercial PE bumper boat body
- Luxelakes Blue color
- white bumper tube
- canopy
- water cannon system
- 150Ah lithium battery configuration, same as the Luxe Island project
- music and lighting functions
- controller system
- speed adjustment function
- remote control
- repair materials and operation support
The customer did not require a custom logo.
The boats were produced and dispatched from QIQU’s factory on September 14, 2026. The customer received them on September 15. After arrival, their internal team arranged on-water testing and learned the operating procedure before the holiday period.
Why the Customer Chose Lithium Battery
The customer asked about battery endurance before confirming the configuration.
Instead of simply pushing one option, we first discussed the customer’s site condition and explained the difference between lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries. Lead-acid batteries can reduce initial cost, but lithium batteries are usually more suitable for higher-end commercial operation when the buyer needs longer endurance, better user experience, and easier daily management.
The customer finally selected the 150Ah lithium battery configuration, the same battery plan used for the Luxe Island project.
The battery warranty is 2 years, and the whole boat warranty is 1 year.
Factory Testing Before Delivery
Before shipment, QIQU completed factory checks for the boats.
Even without a large test pool, several functions can still be tested properly:
- forward and reverse movement by checking the propeller
- water cannon operation by placing the intake in a water-filled container
- music and lighting functions
- controller operation
- speed adjustment
- remote-control response
- general assembly inspection
For speed adjustment, we explained to the customer that the speed can be adjusted through a knob under the cover plate. Turning it higher increases the speed, while turning it lower reduces the speed.
This is useful for a new operator because speed settings may need to be adjusted based on water area size, visitor age, staff management, and safety requirements.
Safety and Operation Advice
Because this was the customer’s first water amusement project, QIQU also shared operational suggestions.
We emphasized that life jackets must be used. We also discussed visitor boarding, staff management, and water-area access control.
For most commercial bumper boat sites, a floating dock is usually the practical solution for boarding and disembarking. It helps staff manage visitors, control entry and exit, and reduce confusion around the water area.
The customer also asked about charging-pile power. We recommended a 10kW charging setup and provided a layout reference similar to the one used in another QIQU bumper boat project.
For ride duration, the customer asked how long one session should be. We suggested starting with a 20-30 minute ride cycle. This gives visitors enough time to enjoy the ride while still allowing the operator to manage turnover during busy periods.
The customer planned to operate the bumper boats as a paid attraction, but their final ticket price was not confirmed to us.
Why Luxelakes Blue Was Still the Final Choice
QIQU reminded the customer that white bumper tubes are easier to get dirty than darker bumper tubes, especially in muddy or algae-heavy water.
The customer still insisted on the Luxelakes Blue color scheme because Jinma Park uses a natural reservoir water area with good water quality. They wanted the same visual effect they saw at Luxe Island.
This decision made sense for their site. A clean lake environment can better support a light-color bumper tube, and the soft blue boat body gives a more premium, photo-friendly look than common mixed-color amusement boats.
But this color is not suitable for every project. For buyers with muddy water, algae-heavy water, or limited cleaning staff, QIQU still recommends evaluating maintenance before choosing a white bumper tube.
What This Case Shows About Serious Amusement Equipment Buyers
This case shows a more careful purchasing process than many simple online inquiries.
The Enshi customer did not only ask for a quotation. They:
- saw the product through short video content
- visited a real operating project
- observed visitor behavior and site management
- checked the actual color and appearance on water
- verified supplier qualification documents
- confirmed design patent information
- discussed battery endurance
- asked about speed adjustment and ride duration
- considered operational risk before reducing the first order from 20 boats to 10
For QIQU, this is the kind of buyer we respect. A good amusement project is not built by impulse buying. It is built by confirming whether the product, site, visitors, staff, and business model can work together.
If you are planning a new water attraction and want to evaluate commercial bumper boats before ordering, QIQU can help you review the site condition, water area, battery plan, ride duration, charging setup, color selection, and operating model.

Frequently Asked Questions

- A real site visit helps buyers see details that product photos cannot show, such as visitor interest, staff workflow, boarding management, ride duration, color effect on water, and actual product condition in daily use. For first-time water attraction operators, this can reduce decision risk.
- A first-time operator should confirm the water area size, boarding method, staff management, life jacket rules, charging plan, ride duration, battery endurance, spare parts, repair materials, and whether the boat configuration matches the expected visitor flow.
- The customer originally considered 20 boats, but the park was still upgrading and the operator wanted to test real visitor demand first. Starting with 10 boats reduced the first-stage investment risk while still allowing the project to operate during the holiday season.
- A design patent helps show that the product is developed by the supplier and is not simply copied from another manufacturer. For buyers, this can reduce legal and sourcing risk, especially when the equipment will be used in a public commercial project.
- Luxelakes Blue works best for clean water areas, lake resorts, scenic parks, and projects that want a softer, more premium visual style. Because the color scheme often uses a white bumper tube, buyers should consider water quality and cleaning labor before choosing it.
