About QIQU: The Engineering Truth Behind How We Build Amusement Parks

QIQU is an amusement engineering company evolving from commercial inflatable systems to PE rotomolded park infrastructure. Built from real factory and park operations since 2012, we design amusement equipment based on real-world operational experience, not theory.

About QIQU: The Engineering Truth Behind How We Build Amusement Parks

We may come from different countries, speak different languages, and build in different ways—but when you invest your life into a project, the fear of failure is the same everywhere. Trust is not a marketing word in B2B. It is the only thing that keeps projects alive." — Emily, Founder of QIQU

Meet Emily at IAAPA

Some of you may already know me from IAAPA Orlando or other international amusement exhibitions. I enjoy meeting clients face-to-face—because in this industry, real trust is never built on glossy brochures or cheap sales talk.

But QIQU didn’t start under the bright lights of global exhibition halls. It started in a gritty, unforgiving workshop where raw survival mattered infinitely more than corporate strategy.

The 400 sqm Survival Trench (2012–2013)

In 2013, QIQU was operating out of a cramped 400 sqm rented workshop. We had a leaking roof, industrial fans roaring all day just to keep us breathing, violently unstable orders, and crushing financial pressure.

We started with commercial PVC inflatable amusement systems. But from day one, we refused to build “cheap inflatables.” We were engineering commercial-grade amusement infrastructure designed for real operators who needed equipment that wouldn't collapse under high-traffic abuse.

The Lifeline from Finland

By the end of 2012, we were bleeding out. Zero stable orders. Extreme financial pressure. I still remember sitting alone in that workshop—not emotional, just completely silent inside. We were preparing to calculate severance and shut everything down.

Then, a lifeline arrived. A Finnish amusement operator had experienced a catastrophic supplier failure right before their peak season. They desperately needed an urgent replacement. A local audit team was dispatched to our factory.

We didn’t prepare a staged, fake presentation. We simply showed them the brutal reality: Real production. Real materials. Uncompromising process.

We passed the audit, secured a $150,000 emergency order, and delivered flawless equipment ahead of schedule. That single moment shaped everything we believe today: When your survival is on the line, engineering discipline and absolute honesty are the only systems that actually work.

The Engineering Evolution Behind QIQU Products

QIQU did not grow by adding random products to a catalog. Our product system evolved through real manufacturing experience and real park operation feedback.

Every material upgrade came from one question: how can we help operators reduce maintenance, improve durability, and protect long-term return on investment?

StageCore TechnologyMain ApplicationWhat We Learned
1. PVC Inflatable SystemsCommercial-grade PVC inflatable manufacturingInflatable parks, water slides, seasonal attractions and fast-deployment projectsThis stage built our foundation in airtight welding, material control and fast project delivery. It still supports customers who need flexible attractions with lower infrastructure requirements.
2. Fiberglass TransitionFiberglass and mixed structural designsEarly bumper boats and amusement ride structuresFiberglass helped us enter heavier ride products, but long-term operation exposed limits in impact resistance, transportation durability and repair efficiency. We gradually moved away from it for our core commercial equipment.
3. PE Rotomolding SystemCommercial PE rotomolded structuresBumper boats, bumper cars, skating aids and heavy-use amusement equipmentPE rotomolding became our core direction because it offers stronger impact resistance, better outdoor durability, lower maintenance and a longer service life for daily commercial operation.

Engineering Note: Our inflatable systems are not our “low-end product line.” They are the origin of our engineering capability. We still use certified commercial-grade PVC materials and follow relevant CA65/REACH requirements where applicable, with strict thickness control and material consistency.

Our 8,500 sqm Manufacturing Facility in Jiangsu

In 2022, we stopped renting and built our own fortress in Siyang, Jiangsu.

This is an 8,500 sqm fully owned manufacturing facility (registered exactly as Jiangsu Huateng Manufacturing). We permanently own the land.

Why does this matter to you? Because owning our facility eliminates rent pressure. It guarantees a stable cost structure and gives us long-term engineering investment capability. Every dollar we save on rent overhead is directly injected into thicker PE materials, superior structural steel, and a better ROI for your park.

A Park Operator First, A Manufacturer Second

I am not just a manufacturer staring at spreadsheets. I am an amusement park operator, exactly like you.

In 2024, we heavily invested in building our own 60-mu (10-acre) amusement park from the ground up, featuring water attractions, inflatable systems, mechanical rides, and a karting track. This single experience brutally changed how we design everything.

We don't guess anymore. We know exactly:

  • What ride downtime really costs on a Saturday afternoon.
  • What a peak-season equipment failure means to your ticketing revenue.
  • How maintenance directly bleeds your daily profit margins.
  • How chaotic guests actually behave and abuse equipment inside real parks.

Because I have stood in the freezing rain myself, I now understand why others need shelter.

Building my own park taught me how fragile every single ride actually is. When equipment fails, it is never just a "technical issue" to be fixed next week. It is immediate revenue loss. It is violent customer complaints. It is real operational terror.

That is why every QIQU product is engineered with one ruthless objective: Help you reduce risk and protect your return on investment.

The Ultimate Challenge: Verify Us

In the B2B amusement industry, trust is not claimed—it is verified.

We do not ask you to blindly trust our website. We challenge you to verify everything. Go check our real installations. Talk to the operators of the parks using our gear. Review the media coverage.

If you are serious about protecting your park's revenue, book a flight to China. Let us pick you up at the airport. Walk through our 8,500 sqm factory, inspect the heavy-duty PE hulls with your own hands, and meet the engineering team that refuses to compromise.

We have absolutely nothing to hide, and everything to prove.

Frequently Asked Questions

QIQU is a factory-direct amusement equipment manufacturer, not a trading company. We control product design, mold development, material selection, production, inspection and after-sales support inside our own manufacturing system. For operators, this means clearer technical communication, more reliable customization, direct factory pricing and faster problem solving when a project requires changes.
QIQU is both a manufacturer and a park operator. We do not design equipment only from drawings or factory assumptions. Our own operation experience helps us understand visitor behavior, ride downtime, maintenance pressure, staffing needs and revenue impact. This is why our products focus on durability, simple operation and long-term commercial value.
We do not promise guaranteed profit. Instead, we help operators choose equipment based on venue size, visitor type, pricing model, staffing and maintenance requirements. Our goal is to recommend attractions that are easier to operate, more engaging for visitors and more suitable for repeated commercial use. A serious ROI discussion should start with your location, project size and target customers.
Yes. For suitable projects, QIQU can help with product selection, layout recommendations, capacity planning, theme customization and operation suggestions. This is especially useful for bumper boat attractions, bumper car areas, inflatable water parks, seasonal events and family entertainment spaces where equipment choice directly affects visitor flow and revenue potential.
You can verify QIQU through factory photos, production videos, trade show records, customer project cases, certification documents and direct video calls. Serious buyers are also welcome to visit our manufacturing facility in Jiangsu, China. We believe B2B trust should be built on evidence that customers can check independently.
Yes. QIQU has participated in IAAPA and other international amusement exhibitions for many years and has worked with overseas buyers across different project types. Our experience includes commercial bumper boats, bumper cars, inflatable attractions, water park equipment and ice skating aids. Each market has different expectations, so we recommend discussing your country, venue and business model before selecting equipment.
QIQU is best suited for buyers who want commercial-grade amusement equipment rather than short-term toys. Typical customers include amusement park owners, family entertainment centers, shopping malls, scenic attractions, water park operators, ice rink operators, rental companies, distributors and investors building new entertainment projects.
To receive a useful recommendation, please send your country, venue type, available space, target visitors, preferred product category, estimated quantity, budget range and expected opening time. If you have photos, drawings or a site layout, our team can provide more accurate product suggestions and project planning support.
