Fast Bumper Boat Dispatch Before Holiday Peak: Beijing World Park’s Urgent 8-Boat Order
Beijing World Park urgently ordered 8 Luxelakes Blue commercial PE bumper boats before the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday peak. This case shows how QIQU used available stock, same-day testing, local battery coordination, and a suitable 9.6m truck to help the customer prepare a paid water attraction before peak visitor traffic.

When a Holiday Deadline Becomes the Real Purchase Driver
Before major holidays, amusement park operators often face a very practical question: can new equipment arrive in time to generate revenue during the peak season?
This case happened in September 2026, just before China’s Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday period.
On the evening of September 18 at 9:22 PM, Beijing World Park contacted QIQU about purchasing commercial PE bumper boats. On the morning of September 21 at 10:11 AM, the customer paid the deposit and made the requirement very clear: the boats had to be dispatched the same day, or the order would not meet their holiday operation schedule.
For many amusement equipment projects, that would be almost impossible.
But in this case, QIQU had boat hulls in stock, a clear production workflow, and enough factory experience to organize same-day final assembly, inspection, packing, and truck dispatch.
The order included 8 commercial PE bumper boats for Beijing World Park’s water area.
Why This Order Was So Urgent
Beijing World Park is a well-known 4A-level scenic attraction in Fengtai District, Beijing. The park covers about 800 mu and is known for miniature world landmarks, outdoor performances, cultural shows, and family tourism.
According to public reports, Beijing World Park had extended its free-admission policy in 2026. This created stronger visitor traffic before the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday period.
For the park operator, this created a direct business opportunity.
Admission could be free, but bumper boats could operate as a paid attraction inside the park.
The timing was critical. The customer needed the boats to arrive before Friday, September 25, so they could prepare for the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, followed closely by the seven-day National Day holiday.
That is why the customer needed same-day dispatch.
From Four Mixed Colors to Luxelakes Blue
At first, the customer planned to order 8 boats in four colors: red, yellow, blue, and green, with two boats in each color.
Then our sales manager sent a video of our Luxelakes Blue bumper boats as a reference.
The customer changed the decision immediately.
They felt the Luxelakes Blue color looked more premium and more suitable for a scenic park environment. Instead of using four mixed colors, they decided to order all 8 boats in Luxelakes Blue.
We also reminded the customer that this color scheme uses a white bumper tube, which can be easier to get dirty than darker colors. For parks with muddy water, algae-heavy water, or limited cleaning labor, this color should be considered carefully.
The customer understood the maintenance point but still chose Luxelakes Blue because the visual effect matched the high-end feeling they wanted.
This is also why color selection is not just a cosmetic decision. For commercial bumper boats, color affects the site image, photography effect, maintenance workload, and how visitors perceive the attraction.
What the Customer Ordered
The customer ordered 8 units of QIQU’s 2.1m commercial PE bumper boats, the same product category shown here:
The boats included:
- 2.1m PE boat body
- White bumper tube
- Luxelakes Blue color scheme
- Canopy
- Water cannon system
- Controller with timing function
- Remote control
- Steering and forward/reverse functions
- Electric air pump
- Repair materials and glue for the bumper tube
The customer also asked whether they should prepare extra bumper tubes. We explained that extra tubes were not necessary for normal operation as long as the boats were not hit by sharp objects. We also provide repair material and glue for minor repair needs.
The customer also asked whether the bumper tube had to be inflated manually. We explained that an electric air pump is included, and in our own daily operation, one bumper tube can be inflated from empty to full in about 15 seconds.
Why Batteries Were Purchased Locally in Beijing
For this domestic China order, QIQU recommended that the customer purchase Tianneng batteries and chargers locally in Beijing.
This was not because we could not supply batteries. We also purchase batteries from Tianneng. But for domestic customers, local battery sourcing is often more practical.
There are three reasons:
- Batteries have more transportation restrictions.
- If a battery has a problem later, a local dealer can inspect it faster.
- Shipping batteries back and forth creates unnecessary freight cost and delay.
QIQU contacted a nearby Tianneng battery dealer in Beijing, confirmed the required battery model, and gave the dealer’s contact information to the customer. We also spoke with the dealer in advance so they could connect with the customer directly.
For a domestic amusement park operator, this is often the most efficient solution.
Same-Day Factory Preparation
After the deposit was confirmed on the morning of September 21, QIQU arranged the final preparation immediately.
The boat hulls were already available. Two white bumper tubes still needed to be completed, and our factory finished them before dispatch.
Before loading, our team checked and tested the boats, including:
- Hull inspection
- Power switch test
- Forward and reverse movement test
- Steering test
- Remote control test
- Timer setting test
- Water cannon spray test
- Bumper tube and accessory check
- Packing and loading preparation
For commercial amusement equipment, fast dispatch should not mean skipping inspection. The equipment still needs to be checked before leaving the factory, especially when the customer is preparing for a holiday operation window.
Why a 9.6m Truck Was Used
The last of the 8 bumper boats being loaded for Beijing World Park at 4:42 PM, September 21, 2026.
For this order, we arranged a 9.6m truck, about 31.5 ft in length.
This truck size was suitable for carrying all 8 bumper boats in one shipment. A smaller truck would not fit the full load, while a larger vehicle would increase freight cost without adding value.
This is a small detail, but it matters in real amusement equipment delivery. The right truck size helps control logistics cost while keeping the delivery schedule tight.
The boats were scheduled to leave QIQU’s Suqian factory on September 21 and arrive in Beijing in about two days. Based on our previous shipping experience to Beijing, the expected arrival date was September 23, leaving time before the Friday deadline.
Paid Attraction Planning Before a Holiday Peak
The customer also asked how bumper boats are usually charged in real operation.
We shared a reference from another operating site: at Luxelakes, bumper boats are charged at RMB 98 for 30 minutes per boat, about USD 13.80 based on an exchange rate of roughly 7.1 RMB per USD.
This does not mean every park should use the same price. Ticket pricing depends on the city, park positioning, visitor spending level, ride duration, boat capacity, and local competition.
But the logic is useful: bumper boats can be managed by ride time, and the controller has a timing function. The operator does not need to rely only on manual timing.
For a park with free admission and strong holiday visitor traffic, adding a paid water attraction can create a new revenue point without changing the entire park structure.
Why the Customer Still Chose QIQU
Before payment, the customer compared other lower-priced options. One manager liked the QIQU boat design, while other partners considered cheaper alternatives.
After another phone discussion on September 20, the customer confirmed the details again, including the electric air pump, timing function, configuration, delivery schedule, and overall product appearance.
On the morning of September 21, the customer decided to place the order with QIQU.
For urgent amusement equipment purchases, price is important, but it is not the only factor. Before a holiday peak, the buyer also needs to know:
- Is the product available?
- Can the factory dispatch quickly?
- Is the configuration clear?
- Can the supplier test before shipment?
- Can the truck be arranged immediately?
- Can the equipment arrive before the operating date?
In this case, delivery reliability mattered as much as the product itself.
What International Buyers Should Learn From This Case
This was a domestic China order with available stock and truck delivery. International buyers should not assume the same timeline is possible for overseas shipments.
For export orders, sea freight, customs clearance, battery shipping documents, destination-port handling, and inland delivery all require more time.
The lesson for international amusement park buyers is simple: if you want to operate before a holiday season, confirm the equipment earlier.
For bumper boats, buyers should confirm:
- Boat model and diameter
- Color plan
- Battery type and local sourcing plan
- Water cannon configuration
- Spare parts
- Repair materials
- Packing method
- Destination and shipping schedule
- Installation and operation guidance
Last-minute orders can work only when the product is in stock, the configuration is ready, and logistics can still meet the deadline.
If you need commercial PE bumper boats for a water park, scenic area, resort, lake attraction, or holiday operation project, QIQU can help you confirm the boat model, color plan, water cannon system, timing function, accessory list, and delivery schedule.
For overseas buyers, please plan before your local holiday season so production and shipping can be arranged properly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about this product. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Contact our team.
- Before placing an urgent order, operators should confirm the boat quantity, color, water area, power configuration, battery sourcing plan, transport method, arrival deadline, and whether the supplier has stock ready for testing and dispatch. The more details are confirmed upfront, the easier it is to avoid delays before a holiday peak.
- For domestic customers, local battery sourcing can make maintenance faster and more practical. If a battery needs inspection or replacement, a nearby authorized battery dealer can usually respond faster than shipping batteries back to the boat manufacturer.
- The key question is whether the attraction can be installed, tested, staffed, and charged for before the visitor peak begins. If the park already has a suitable water area and strong expected traffic, bumper boats can become a quick paid attraction. If the site still needs major water-area construction, the operator should plan earlier.
- Color should match the park’s positioning, water condition, and cleaning capacity. Light colors such as Luxelakes Blue with white bumper tubes can look more premium in photos, but they require more attention to cleaning. Darker or mixed colors may be easier for high-mud or high-algae water areas.
- Usually not. This was a domestic China order with available stock and truck delivery. Overseas buyers need to allow time for production, export packing, sea freight, customs clearance, and inland delivery. For holiday operation, international orders should be confirmed much earlier.
