0.9mm Sijia Commercial PVC Tarpaulin

Material selection is one of the most important factors in commercial inflatable equipment.

QIQU uses 0.9mm (0.035 in) Sijia PVC tarpaulin for the inflatable outer ring.

This commercial-grade reinforced PVC is selected for its strength, flexibility and suitability for inflatable products exposed to water, sunlight, folding and repeated handling.

Material thickness and construction can be discussed for projects with different requirements. We generally recommend 0.9mm PVC for this product.

Dedicated Trampoline Mesh with Heat-Welded Reinforcement

The jumping surface is made from dedicated trampoline mesh rather than ordinary PVC fabric.

The mesh is connected to the inflatable outer ring using elastic cords, allowing it to provide the required bouncing function.

One important detail is the mesh connection area.

The elastic-cord connection is covered with an additional layer of 0.9mm PVC, which is secured through high-temperature heat welding.

This construction protects the connection area and avoids relying solely on adhesive bonding.

If the jumping mesh becomes damaged, replacement is generally the preferred solution rather than attempting to patch the mesh itself.

QIQU can provide replacement materials and technical guidance when required.

Airtight Sealed-Air Construction

QIQU water trampolines use an airtight, sealed-air structure.

The standard design has one independent air chamber. After inflation, the air valve is closed and the trampoline maintains its shape without requiring a continuously operating blower.

This design makes daily operation more convenient for commercial operators and rental businesses.

More Than a Decade of Water Trampoline Manufacturing Experience

QIQU began manufacturing and exporting inflatable water trampolines in 2013.

Our experience includes large-volume OEM production for overseas customers.

One Finnish customer placed two consecutive orders:

• 2013: 600 customized water trampolines.

• 2014: An additional 400 units.

The total reached 1,000 units across two production batches.

All products were manufactured with the customer's private-label branding.

This project demonstrates QIQU's experience in customized production, branded manufacturing and large-volume supply.

Easy Inflation, Folding and Transportation

The airtight structure makes inflation straightforward.

One person can generally complete the inflation process within a few minutes, depending on the product dimensions and operating conditions.

After use, the trampoline can be deflated, folded and packed into a carton for transportation or storage.

A dedicated storage bag can be manufactured upon request. It is not included in the standard configuration.

Safety and Operating Conditions

Inflatable water trampolines are recreational equipment, not life-saving devices. Proper installation, anchoring and supervision are essential.

QIQU recommends the following operating precautions:

• Recommended minimum water depth for jumping: 2.4 m (7 ft 10 in).

• Recommended minimum user age: 6 years.

• Maximum load: 150 kg (331 lb).

• All users must wear appropriate life jackets.

• Children must be under continuous adult supervision.

• Swimming underneath the trampoline is prohibited.

• Flips, somersaults and head-first diving are prohibited.

• Do not use during strong winds, large waves, thunderstorms or unsafe water currents.

• Nearshore marine use requires suitable sheltered conditions and an appropriate anchoring arrangement.

• Always follow local safety requirements and conduct a site-specific risk assessment.

The trampoline includes one reinforced webbing anchoring point. Anchoring ropes and weights are not included and should be selected according to the installation environment.

For land-based use, a suitable protective ground mat is required. The surface must be clean and free from sharp objects and abrasive materials.
