The protective collar uses 0.9 mm reinforced PVC fabric from Sijia, one of China’s leading commercial PVC material manufacturers. The thicker bumper collar helps absorb repeated contact between boats while remaining practical to repair or replace when needed.

Power comes from a 12V / 200W brushed motor. For children’s shallow-water bumper boat attractions, this simple motor structure keeps the system cost-controlled, easy to understand and easier to service for operators who need a practical fleet rather than an overcomplicated ride system.
