A Custom BBQ Boat Order for an Uzbekistan Trading Buyer

This Uzbekistan project was not a finished operation case. At the time of writing, QIQU had completed production and loading, while the buyer arranged onward transport and final delivery.

That detail matters. We do not know the final operating water area yet, so this case focuses on the confirmed part of the project: 5 custom-branded commercial BBQ boats produced at QIQU's factory and picked up by the buyer's truck.

The buyer first contacted QIQU through a Chinese B2B sourcing channel on April 20, 2026. The order was handled through an Uzbekistan-based trading buyer who often works between China and Uzbekistan. Payment was completed on June 11, 2026.

Built Around the “ECO FISH BOLALAR DUNYOSI” Brand

The boats were customized with the “ECO FISH BOLALAR DUNYOSI” branding provided by the buyer. The phrase roughly means “Eco Fish Children's World,” but QIQU treats the original branding as the buyer's own project identity rather than making assumptions about the final operator.

The order included 5 color schemes:

• blue
• red
• orange
• yellow
• gray

Each boat used a white hull and white seating layout, with the colored outer panels carrying the buyer's logo and smile-face graphic.

Instead of using simple stickers, QIQU made customized PP logo panels and installed them on the outer hull area. This was a practical decision. A BBQ boat works on water, and ordinary stickers can peel or fail after repeated soaking, sun exposure and cleaning. PP panels offer a more durable branding method for commercial use.

A Stronger Custom Canopy Instead of a Standard Umbrella

The standard BBQ boat uses a removable umbrella. For this order, the buyer requested a stronger custom canopy.

QIQU built the canopy with a stainless steel frame and covered it with 0.45 mm Sijia PVC. The purpose was mainly sun protection, but the structure also gives the boat a more solid appearance than a normal umbrella.

This difference is important for lake and river operators. Wind on open water can be stronger than wind felt on land. A standard umbrella may be acceptable for many projects, but a stronger canopy system can be more suitable when the buyer wants better coverage, stronger visual identity and more stable outdoor use.

Charcoal BBQ Configuration

The boats were supplied with 304 stainless steel BBQ grill systems for charcoal use.

QIQU has tested electric induction cooking before, but it was not the better direction for this boat. Induction cooking requires additional wiring and draws heavily from the onboard battery system, which can reduce operating time. It also adds electrical complexity in an environment where visitors are eating, moving and operating on water.

The charcoal BBQ layout is simpler for this product platform, but it still requires responsible operation. Buyers should confirm local fire safety, boating, food service, water-area and supervision rules before opening any BBQ boat attraction to visitors.

Production Finished Before the Buyer Arranged Pickup

QIQU completed the customized boats on July 2, 2026. At that point, the boats were ready for shipment according to the buyer's confirmed logo, color and canopy requirements.

The buyer then waited for the end-customer arrangement. On September 8, the buyer informed QIQU that shipment could proceed and arranged the truck independently. On September 10, the truck arrived at QIQU's Siyang factory, and QIQU loaded the 5 BBQ boats for pickup.

The same buyer also purchased a rainbow slide from QIQU for the wider project. In this case study, we keep the focus on the 5 custom-branded BBQ boats because they involved the main water-attraction customization work, including logo panels, color schemes, charcoal BBQ systems and custom canopy structures.

For this project, QIQU did not manage the international logistics. The buyer handled truck transport and onward delivery. This is common for some trading buyers who already have their own China-side logistics network.

What This Case Shows for BBQ Boat Buyers

A commercial BBQ boat is different from a simple leisure boat. It must combine seating comfort, dining layout, propulsion, battery operation, grill structure, sunshade design, cleaning access and branding.

For branded tourism projects, restaurant operators, lake attractions and distributors, small details matter. Logo material, canopy structure, cooking method and transport plan can all affect the final product.
