In November 2025, Spanish event operator DIVERPISTAS 2019 S.L., a returning QIQU customer, ordered 16 Christmas-themed inflatables to expand its holiday rental business. The order included a 10 × 4 m Christmas inflatable bounce house, other festive play attractions, Christmas arches, decorations, and a transparent snow-globe photo attraction. QIQU completed production in 20 days and arranged DDP air shipping. The shipment was delivered on December 12, three days before the customer's deadline.

Christmas Inflatable Bounce House Order: A 16-Piece Holiday Shipment to Spain

In early November 2025, Spanish event company DIVERPISTAS 2019 S.L. contacted QIQU with an urgent request: a new collection of Christmas-themed inflatables was needed for the upcoming holiday season, and everything had to arrive in Spain before December 15.

The customer had worked with QIQU since 2024, previously purchasing inflatable bounce houses and inflatable character figures. This time, the goal was to expand its Christmas event and rental offerings.

The order included 16 Christmas-themed inflatable products, with a 10 × 4 m (32.8 × 13.1 ft) Christmas inflatable bounce house as one of the main attractions. Other items included festive play structures, inflatable Christmas arches, snowmen, Christmas trees, and a transparent snow-globe photo attraction.

With only a short window before the holiday events, QIQU focused on established product designs, efficient production, and coordinated air freight.

The goods reached the freight forwarder's warehouse on November 27 and were delivered to the customer's address in Spain on December 12, 2025, three days before the requested deadline.

A Returning Customer Preparing for Christmas Events

DIVERPISTAS 2019 S.L. is an event and entertainment company based in Puertollano, Ciudad Real, Spain. Its business includes inflatable attractions, children's entertainment, skating-related activities, and seasonal events.

The company was already familiar with QIQU's products and manufacturing process through earlier orders.

On November 5, 2025, the customer contacted QIQU again, this time looking for Christmas inflatable bounce houses and other holiday-themed products to expand its seasonal business.

Unlike a distributor ordering stock for an unspecified future date, the customer had an immediate deadline. The products were intended for Christmas activities in the Madrid area, and delivery after December 15 would be too late for the planned schedule.

This deadline shaped the entire purchasing process.

The customer initially reviewed various inflatable castles, slides, obstacle-style attractions, Christmas decorations, and inflatable character figures. Product selection, quantities, transportation costs, and delivery timing were discussed over WhatsApp.

Because the two companies had worked together before, the customer could move quickly from reviewing products to confirming an order.

By November 7, the project had progressed to order confirmation and payment arrangements.

Selecting Christmas Inflatable Bounce Houses from Existing Designs

A 10 × 4 m Christmas Bounce House as a Key Attraction

One of the main products selected was a 10 × 4 m Christmas inflatable bounce house, identified as No.18 in the order.

The design used a recognizable Christmas color scheme and festive decorative elements, making it suitable for holiday-themed entertainment areas.

For an event rental business, appearance matters alongside functionality. A Christmas bounce house needs to fit visually into a seasonal event while providing an inflatable play attraction rather than serving only as decoration.

The customer chose this model from QIQU's existing designs rather than commissioning an entirely new concept.

This was a practical decision under the circumstances.

Creating a new inflatable attraction from the beginning would have required additional design discussions, 3D modeling, revisions, and final approval before production could begin.

For this order, QIQU could show the customer both previous product photographs and 3D design references, helping the customer assess the proposed models without waiting for an entirely new design to be developed.

The 10 × 4 m Christmas bounce house became one of the representative products in the final order.

More Than a Single Christmas Bounce House

The customer was also building a broader collection of Christmas-themed inflatables for seasonal activities.

The final order contained 16 products across different categories, including:

  • Christmas inflatable bounce houses: Several festive play structures, including the 10 × 4 m model and a larger 18 × 4 m snowman-themed inflatable attraction.

  • Christmas inflatable arches: Decorative entrance structures for holiday-themed event areas.

  • Inflatable Christmas decorations: Snowmen, Christmas trees, Christmas stocking figures, and other seasonal displays.

  • Transparent Christmas snow-globe attraction: An inflatable photo area designed around a festive enclosed display.

These products served different purposes. The bounce houses were intended as interactive play attractions, while the decorative inflatables helped create a coordinated Christmas setting.

Some decorations were manufactured using lighter Oxford fabric, while the commercial inflatable play structures used PVC tarpaulin.

This distinction was important when selecting materials, confirming product quantities, and calculating air freight.

Confirming Designs Without Delaying Production

Although the customer selected existing products, the order still required design confirmation.

Several quantities changed during the discussions, and the customer requested adjustments to colors and selected product details.

QIQU used existing production photographs alongside 3D drawings so the customer could review the appearance of the Christmas-themed attractions before manufacturing.

One discussion involved the layout of an inflatable slide attraction.

The customer was concerned that children could leave the slide area through an unsuitable opening, particularly when the attraction was installed near a public activity area.

The customer asked about controlling access points, extending the slide exit area, and using mesh sections so parents could see their children inside.

QIQU's designer discussed revised layouts, including changes to entry and exit positions and additional inflatable barriers.

These discussions reflected the customer's experience operating attractions at public events. The concern was not simply how the inflatable looked, but how people would move through the attraction once installed.

The discussions also showed why design details need to be reviewed before production. Some cutting work had already begun while further layout changes were being considered.

For the overall Christmas order, however, the customer largely stayed with established models, avoiding the longer development process associated with fully custom designs.

This helped QIQU concentrate on production and shipment arrangements within the available time.

Completing Production Within a 20-Day Window

The order was confirmed on November 7, 2025.

By November 27, the finished products had been packed and delivered to the freight forwarder's warehouse in Yiwu, China.

That left a 20-day window for production, inspection, packing, and domestic dispatch.

QIQU arranged additional working hours to meet the schedule.

The use of established product designs was particularly important. The factory had previous manufacturing experience with these types of inflatable castles, slides, and holiday decorations, so the team was not starting with unfamiliar structures or entirely new production methods.

Materials Selected for Different Product Types

The commercial inflatable play structures were manufactured using 0.55 mm Sijia PVC tarpaulin.

QIQU has used Sijia materials in commercial inflatable manufacturing for many years. For this order, the material was used in inflatable structures intended for repeated event and rental use.

Selected decorative products were manufactured using 210D Oxford fabric, reflecting their different construction and intended purpose.

The customer already owned a number of inflatable air blowers, so additional blowers were not included in this shipment.

Inflation Testing Before Packing

All 16 products were inflated and inspected before shipment.

The factory's routine checks covered the inflated appearance, overall construction, seams, connections, air retention, and relevant accessories.

The team also checked that the products corresponded to the confirmed order before packing.

These inspections were completed at the factory. No separate project-specific low-temperature or snow-exposure test was conducted for this order.

Once inspection was finished, the products were deflated, packed, and prepared for international transportation.

Air Shipping the Christmas Inflatables to Spain

International shipping was one of the most difficult parts of the project.

The customer had repeatedly emphasized that the goods needed to arrive before December 15. Sea freight would normally be a more economical option for bulky inflatable products, but the available schedule did not allow sufficient time for a conventional sea shipment.

After reviewing the transportation requirements, the customer proceeded with air freight despite the higher cost.

QIQU arranged DDP air delivery, covering international transport, the agreed import arrangements, and delivery to the customer's destination.

The order was packed into five wooden shipping frames, with a combined gross weight of 867 kg (approximately 1,911 lb).

The cargo arrived in Spain on December 4, but international arrival was not the end of the delivery process.

Customs clearance and local transportation still had to be completed before the customer could receive the products.

The final delivery took place on December 12, leaving three days before the requested deadline.

For this particular order, air freight made the compressed delivery schedule possible. It was a project-specific transportation decision rather than the standard shipping arrangement QIQU would recommend for every Christmas inflatable order.

The Result: Christmas Inflatables Delivered Before the Deadline

The completed shipment contained 16 Christmas-themed inflatables, including commercial bounce houses, festive play attractions, inflatable arches, and decorative products.

All goods were delivered to the customer's address before the agreed deadline.

No shipping damage, missing items, or subsequent product problems were reported to QIQU for this order.

The customer did not provide a detailed written product review or photographs showing the equipment operating at the Christmas event. Accordingly, this case does not make claims about visitor numbers, rental revenue, or the performance of individual attractions after installation.

What the project does document is a completed seasonal order, from an urgent November inquiry through product selection, design confirmation, manufacturing, inspection, air transportation, and delivery in December.

The relationship between DIVERPISTAS and QIQU has continued beyond this shipment, with additional inflatable product purchases and further orders under discussion.

Planning Christmas Inflatable Bounce Houses for Your Next Holiday Season

The Spanish project demonstrates what can be involved when a seasonal event order is placed close to Christmas.

In this case, three factors helped the project move forward within the available time:

Established product designs. The customer selected previously manufactured Christmas bounce houses and decorations, reducing the need for extensive new product development.

Coordinated production. QIQU arranged manufacturing and inspection around a defined dispatch deadline.

A shipping method matched to the schedule. Air freight was selected because the customer needed the goods before a fixed December date.

However, this was an urgent order, not an ideal purchasing schedule for every event operator.

Based on QIQU's export experience, starting Christmas inflatable procurement three to four months before the holiday season is generally more practical, particularly when an order involves multiple commercial bounce houses, custom artwork, new designs, or sea freight.

Earlier planning gives rental companies and event organizers more time to compare products, confirm specifications, arrange shipping, and prepare for installation before their first Christmas event.

For customers planning seasonal attractions, QIQU manufactures commercial inflatable bounce houses, bounce house combos, slides, obstacle attractions, and inflatable decorations in a range of holiday themes.
